Time
Wasted
By M. E. Wood
Could
be,
when we argue
we know nothing
of the cause
or the result,
picking a topic
of meaninglessness,
bantering on about how
it should be this,
it should be that.
Taking turns
like players in a team.
Maybe our time
would be better spent
working on our
collective spirit.
